Welcome to the SalesSim360™ simulation experience.

This simulation is designed to help both you and the hiring organization evaluate fit, alignment, and likelihood of success within a specific sales environment.

This is not a job offer and not a sales training program.

Instead, you will participate in a structured, real-world simulation that reflects how sales work is actually performed within this organization.

Throughout the experience, you will review company information, respond to realistic scenarios, and explain how you would approach key moments in a sales role. There are no “right” or “perfect” answers. The goal is to understand how you think, how you prepare, and how you operate in context.

What to Expect

The simulation is organized into six short phases that mirror a typical sales journey.

Timing & Format

  • Each phase typically takes 10–15 minutes to complete
  • The full simulation generally takes approximately 60–90 minutes
  • You may complete the simulation in one sitting or return later if needed
  • Your progress will be saved as you move through each phase

Your responses will be evaluated across multiple dimensions, including preparation, strategy, communication, prioritization, and self-awareness.
